When You Are Charged

Refunds

• Refunds always go back to the same payment method you used.

• Bonbaby normally examines and authorizes your return or refund request within 2-3 business days of receiving it. It could take up to 7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and credit your account with the money once the refund has been authorized.

• We do not store your card details. All payment processing is handled securely and directly by Stripe's encrypted gateway.
